Advanced Medical Components specializes in needle manufacturing of Reusable and Specialty Needles for a variety of applications. Our Medical Needles Division offers the widest range of reusable, metal-hubbed needles from a standard hypodermic needle to the most complex biopsy needles. Our procedures needles include Anesthesia Needles, Biopsy Needles, Cardiology Needles, Radiology Needles and much more. All needles can be custom-made to your specifications including OEM Needles for device manufacturers.
Research Needles
Our Lab and Research Needles division offers products for biomedical research, pharmaceutical, drug delivery, animal research including Animal Feeding Needles (Gavage Needles) as well as needles and probes for laboratory automation. All laboratory needles can be custom-made to specifications including OEM needles and reagent probes suited for a variety of instruments. All needles conform to ISO 594 standard and are available in variety of configurations to fit application requirements such as: 304/316 stainless steel tubing and hubs, Non-Coring Septum Penetration Points, Teflon and Ceramic
Medical Needles
Some of the processes we can add to manufacturing your needle include tube swaging, skived tubing and EDM fabrication. For needle materials we can use hypodermic tubing, fractional tubing, seamless tubing, nitinol tubing and stainless steel.
Needle Grinding
Advanced Medical Components specializes in needle grinding. We have grinding operations capable of grinding from .125" down to .001" in diameter. From trocar to tapers we have you covered. AMC has supplied custom needle prototype lots of 1 part and production runs of 10,000 parts. Let us know your supply needs and we will partner with you to create the correct medical device needle.

Fine Gauge Needles
AMC's Fine Gauge Needles represent the most advanced needle technologically. Needles as fine as 33G are available from stock! 32G and 33G needles are shipped with stylet wires insuring that needles have a clear fluid path. These needles are suitable for both medical (schlerotherapy, dermatology) and laboratory applications.
